Code of Conduct

The OSM Research Foundation and the whole of its membership will operate in accordance with the Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct. The Orthopedic Institute’s Code of Conduct, presented below was designed to guide Members’ interactions.

  • Members will have a demonstrated commitment to being individuals of high integrity and they will be fully transparent about their participation in the OSM Research Foundation
  • Members agree that their involvement in the OSM Research Foundation will be consistent with the Guiding Principles and Code of Conduct of the OSM Research Foundation;
  • In their interactions through the OSM Research Foundation, Members will be vigilant in adhering to applicable industry code
  • Members may not solicit or receive fees, compensation or gifts of material value as a result of an interaction that an industry manufacturer or distributor may have with the OSM Research Foundation.
